Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- have a passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- willingness to learn how to cook and perform kitchen tasks
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- previous experience in food service roles is a plus but not required
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to different station tasks

Job Duties
- prepare and serve food items according to Chipotle's standards
- operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations confidently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- support team members in creating a positive work environment
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in training new team members
