Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
  • operate kitchen equipment safely without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • support team members with enthusiasm and cooperation
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • participate in training programs and pursue career advancement opportunities
