Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required

- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
- operate kitchen equipment safely without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- support team members with enthusiasm and cooperation
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- participate in training programs and pursue career advancement opportunities
