Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others, both customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in foodservice or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow company guidelines to maintain food quality and safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Handle digital tips and transactions accurately
- Participate in training programs and apply learned skills
- Support a clean and organized work environment
