Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certification preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at the assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operation
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- Work all counter stations or assigned stations
- Assist guests in making menu selections, review specials and handle club cards
- Participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and give verbal baking instructions to guests
- Present order within 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests carrying pizzas or holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transactions
- Ring up orders and follow cash handling techniques
- Process voids, refunds, coupons and gift certificates with supervisor assistance
- Learn to operate mixer, sheeter and dicer if needed
- Make products following portion charts and job aids
- Store and rotate products before and after prepping
- Mix dough and dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date and store crusts
- Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
