- Provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards
- assist in preparing food and fulfilling orders efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- support a positive work environment based on teamwork and respect
- perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation
