Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and master multiple restaurant stations
- Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- Availability for full or part-time shifts as required
- Commitment to uphold all safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to learn food preparation techniques and operate multiple stations
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without use of freezers or microwaves
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow training protocols to maintain high quality and safety standards
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the restaurant
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels
