Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques and master multiple restaurant stations
  • Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • Availability for full or part-time shifts as required
  • Commitment to uphold all safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to learn food preparation techniques and operate multiple stations
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without use of freezers or microwaves
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Follow training protocols to maintain high quality and safety standards
  • Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient operations
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the restaurant
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels
