Job Requirements
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- must be able to safely lift and move food and beverage products
- ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic math and reading skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and microwaves

Job Duties
- Clean and stock customer eating areas, workstations, and equipment
- greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting
- follow all HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
- maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- receive inventory and move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
