Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old

- Availability to work flexible hours including peak sales times, opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift between 25-50 lbs
- Must be able to read and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Welcoming every guest with a smile
- Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all guests
- Answering guest questions related to the menu and suggestive selling to help the guest order
- Having knowledge of the various guest programs and technology such as Thanx, Kiosk and Online Ordering
- Having full knowledge of the menu and ingredients profile for all Melt menu items
- Ensuring order accuracy upon guest delivery
- Monitoring ticket times to ensure food is delivered within THE MELT’s speed of service guidelines
- Following recipes accurately during food prep as well as sandwich builds, salads, soups, sides, and shakes
- Following all Melt policies related to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene
- Following all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices
- Ensuring guest areas such as dining room, restrooms are clean and well stocked at all times
- Ensuring your station (FOH or BOH) is clean and well stocked at all times
- Following all Crew policies and procedures related to successful employment at THE MELT
- Promoting teamwork to achieve restaurant goals
- Attending and being punctual to all scheduled shifts
- Communicating with fellow crew members in a courteous and respectful manner
- Following all safety policies and procedures to eliminate risk of injury/illness for crew and guests
