Job Duties
- greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality
- preparing and serving food as needed
- smile and connect with internal and external customers
- assist in opening or closing procedures
- meet the physical demands of the position including standing for long amounts of time and lifting up to 50 lbs
- ensure clear communication between the register and food line staff
- be knowledgeable of the brand and menu items
- follow sanitation and safety procedures
- greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
