Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Comfortable interacting with large groups in a busy indoor environment

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and memorable customer service
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the park
- Monitor trampoline courts to enforce safety rules
- Assist in cafe operations and food service
- Host birthday parties and special events
- Manage front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
