Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Flexible availability during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly in a busy and noisy indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide friendly and memorable customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment within the park
- Serve as a Court Monitor (Safety Crew) ensuring guest safety on trampolines
- Support café operations as a Café Associate by assisting with food and beverage service
- Host parties as a Party Host, coordinating event logistics and guest experience
- Manage membership sales activities at the front desk, including customer engagement and processing
- Communicate effectively to ensure guests enjoy a dynamic and fun atmosphere
