Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and passion for food quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety protocols and procedures
- Support training and development of new crew members
