Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park
- Monitor activity areas as a Court Monitor to ensure safety compliance
- Serve customers efficiently in the café area
- Host parties and events with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage front desk membership sales operations effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
