Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and restaurant duties
- Pass any necessary background or eligibility checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
- Uphold Chipotle's quality standards and food safety regulations
- Assist with training new crew members
- Support efforts to promote sustainable and responsible food practices
