Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work part-time with flexible availability
- capable of standing and moving for extended periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
- must be comfortable working in a busy and loud indoor environment
- good communication skills
- commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

- comfortable interacting with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous customer-facing experience is a bonus
- customer service or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor courts for safety and guest compliance
- assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the park
- prepare and serve food and beverages as a café associate
- host and facilitate party events
- conduct front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-in
- communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
