Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Must be able to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Must follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation, service and cleanliness
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local minimum age requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to stand and move during the entire shift
- Willingness to operate restaurant equipment
Job Duties
- Stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant
- Pitch in and help fellow crew members and customers with a positive attitude
- Learn new skills and contribute to a positive team environment
- Identify and make right any issues that arise during the shift
