Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- maintain excellent hygiene and appearance standards
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant work areas
- adhere to health and safety standards while preparing food
- collaborate with team members to achieve smooth restaurant operations
- support training and development of new team members
- contribute to a positive team culture aligning with Chipotle's mission and values
