Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- positive attitude and team player
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
- take accurate food orders and serve customers promptly
- prepare food items following brand standards and guidelines
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas
- assist fellow crew members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols to deliver quality food and service
