Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- demonstrate a desire to learn cooking skills
- be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast-casual or food service environment is a plus but not required

- ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- follow Chipotle's food safety and quality procedures
- collaborate with team members to maintain clean and organized work areas
- assist in training new crew members
- support company initiatives on sustainability and community engagement
