Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
- ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- must be dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm
- assist customers with menu options and take accurate orders
- address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- maintain a clean and organized dining area
- prepare food according to Wendy's standards
- follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures
- operate kitchen equipment safely
- ensure food portions and presentation meet standards
- accurately handle cash transactions and process payments
- provide change and receipts to customers
- keep the cash register area clean
- work closely with team members and supervisors
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
- assist with inventory management and stocking
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
- follow proper food handling and sanitation protocols
- assist with opening and closing duties
- participate in training programs
- perform other tasks as assigned
