Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Contribute to a safe and respectful workplace by practicing respectful communication with co-workers and customers
- greet customers in a friendly manner regardless of station and follow McDonald's procedures for customer satisfaction
- prepare and present delicious food items following McDonald's procedures with an emphasis on food safety
- maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols to prevent accidents
- keep the restaurant clean by performing cleaning and sanitization tasks in work areas and customer spaces
- support teamwork by being punctual, taking initiative to aid co-workers and meeting restaurant goals
- follow company appearance policies consistently
- learn to operate various workstations and adapt to changes
- promote menu items, encourage customer engagement with surveys and McDonald's app
- maintain adequate stock levels for efficient restaurant operations
