Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- able to work a flexible schedule during operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable interacting with large groups
- ability to communicate effectively in a busy, loud indoor environment

- previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles preferred but not required

Job Duties
- work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- monitor safety on courts and park areas
- assist with customer service and sales activities
- support party hosting and event coordination
- perform café associate duties including food and beverage service
