Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- clean and stock customer eating area(s), workstations, and equipment
- greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting
- follow HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
- maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- receive inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
