- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people

- Previous experience in high-volume customer facing roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods

Job Duties
- Monitor guests on the court to ensure safety compliance and enforce park rules
- Assist customers with check-in, membership sales, and general inquiries at the front desk
- Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently as a café associate
- Facilitate birthday parties and group events as a party host to ensure guests have a fun and seamless experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the park to uphold health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate park operations and guest services
- Report hazards or safety concerns promptly to management
