Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness to work at least 12 hours a day seven days a week
  • Ability to lift bend climb and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
  • Compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Willingness to strictly abstain from alcohol consumption while onboard
  • Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required by ship operations
  • Availability for temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • You must be at least eighteen years of age
  • You must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands such as lifting bending climbing and prolonged standing or walking
  • Ability to work for up to 28 weeks in a temporary role
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide a personalized high-quality dining service
  • Set up and break down meals and events
  • Greet guests by name offer menu and wine suggestions and answer questions
  • Relay orders and serve with attention to detail
  • Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas including staterooms and common spaces
  • Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests
  • Clean rooms stock supplies and organize inventory
  • Support special events like embarkation tea service and cocktail parties
