Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- food handlers card and/or Serve Safe certification preferred but not required
- ability to effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- team player with a great attitude
- basic math skills required
- regularly required to stand and walk

Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arriving on time
- prioritize and complete tasks crucial to store operation
- adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- keep assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked
- perform all tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- work all counter stations or assigned stations in front of house
- assist guests in making menu selections, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- properly wrap pizzas and provide verbal baking instructions to guests
- thank and invite guests back
- present orders within the 3-minute service time
- assist guests in carrying pizzas or opening doors
- follow proper cash handling and transaction procedures
- process coupons and gift certificates with supervision
- learn to use kitchen equipment such as mixer, sheeter, and dicer
- make all products according to portion charts and performance standards
- store and rotate products to maintain quality
- mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts
- perform duties of restock person and dish person as directed
