Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Willingness to follow brand standards and company policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capacity to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Prepare and serve food following Wendy's brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Assist fellow crew members and support team activities
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures consistently
