- Ability to stand and move for most of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and maintain cleanliness
- Willingness to make it right if something does not seem right
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food handling is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve menu items following Wendy’s brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Support team members and contribute to a cooperative work environment
- Follow safety and food hygiene guidelines consistently
