Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to provide friendly and memorable customer service
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Prior experience in high-volume customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor safety on the courts and enforce park rules
- Assist guests and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items in the café
- Host and manage birthday parties and group events
- Process membership sales and handle front desk inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
