Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience at Dunkin'
- Acknowledge guests with a friendly smile and respond to needs and special requests
- Resolve guest problems with a sense of urgency
- Communicate clearly with each guest in a friendly and courteous way
- Complete all orders accurately and within Dunkin' speed of service standards
- Consistently serve quality food and beverages to each guest
- Issue receipts with each order to provide guests the opportunity to share feedback
- Participate in team service to ensure quick guest service
- Maintain food safety standards
- Contribute to workstation and restaurant cleanliness
- Describe and assemble promoted products and beverages per marketing promotion
- Monitor and adjust products in the back case according to merchandising standards
