Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand efficiently
- Learn and develop cooking and service skills through provided training
- Handle digital tips and manage transactions accurately
- Uphold Chipotle's standards and values in every aspect of work
