Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Pass background checks if applicable
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift moderate weights as necessary

Job Qualifications

No prior experience required but enthusiasm for fast-paced food service is preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Assist in training and mentoring new Crew Members
Uphold company values of sustainability and quality
Assist in inventory and food preparation as required
