Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast-food or restaurant roles is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for customer service and team collaboration
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to learn culinary techniques and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Participate in training to build confidence and skills for multiple roles
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support efforts to maintain sustainable and responsible sourcing practices
