Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible hours during park operation times including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to remain stationary and move frequently throughout the park
- Able to lift and move at least 20 pounds
- Comfortable communicating and interacting with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in high-volume customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide friendly customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment within the park
- Monitor activities and enforce safety protocols as part of the safety crew
- Assist in cafe operations including food preparation and customer service
- Host parties ensuring guests have a memorable experience
- Manage front desk activities including membership sales and guest check-ins
- Communicate effectively with team members and park visitors
