Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without use of freezers or microwaves
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly environment
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Follow health and safety protocols according to company standards
- Collaborate as a team member to support restaurant operations
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills
