Job Requirements
- Regularly required to stand and walk

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills required
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at the assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks which if not done could jeopardize store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- Perform all tasks and duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter stations or other assigned front of house stations
- Assist guests in making menu selections, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly, repeat orders to guests, give verbal baking instructions, thank and invite guests back
- Present orders within the 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests as needed with carrying pizzas out to cars or holding doors open
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transactions and cash handling techniques
- Follow proper void/refund procedures
- Process coupons and gift certificates with supervisor assistance
- Learn to operate and maintain knowledge of mixer, sheeter and dicer equipment
- Make products following portion charts or job aids within average time standards
- Store and rotate products properly to ensure quality
- Mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard if necessary
- Sheet, wrap, date and store crusts
- Perform runner (restock) or dish duties as directed
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
