Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in high school
  • Ability to lift, pull and push a minimum of 20 to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to perform overhead lifting
  • Ability to stand for the duration of daily schedule excluding breaks
  • Ability to walk medium distances occasionally
  • Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, grab, reach, pinch, fold and pick
  • Ability to adjust vision focus
  • Ability to wear safety equipment such as non-slip shoes, gloves and apron
  • Ability to work around machinery producing heat
  • Ability to handle various cleaning products
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and arrive on-time

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferable
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Previous cash handling experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop various restaurant station positions
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and standards
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation practices
  • Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Follow and comply with all company procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
  • Handle ingredients according to food safety standards
  • Follow safety, security and emergency procedures
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
  • Adhere to cost control guidelines
  • Use products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
  • Follow cash control procedures
  • Work assigned station(s) with fast, accurate and productive service
  • Clean and stock station area(s)
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned
  • Deliver superstar service consistently
  • Count register bank at start and end-of-shift
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding training needs
  • Arrive on-time and complete assigned shifts
  • Model and encourage CKE shared values
  • Treat all team members with honesty, respect and dignity
  • Contribute to an environment of trust and open communication
  • Understand and meet performance expectations
