Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Willingness to follow all brand standards and operational guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Must be willing to learn and improve continuously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Assist and support fellow crew members as part of a team
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Address and resolve any customer or operational issues promptly
