Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to use headset for orders or communication
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, grill

- Ability to take direction and work well with others

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare and serve food items following Wendy's standards
- Operate register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use headset to take or give customer orders and directions
- Assist in stocking and inventory management
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures
