Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
- Legal authorization to work in the location of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated passion for helping and serving others
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and quality food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work and dining areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support the company’s mission and values through daily work and interactions
