Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move throughout most or all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and maintaining clean and safe workspaces
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to take on training and follow company policies
- Demonstrated positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math and cash handling skills helpful
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy's brand standards
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Follow food safety and quality procedures
- Assist team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations
