Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
- Ability to use a headset to take customer orders and communicate with team
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively
- Ability to complete required training programs
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to react to change productively and handle assigned tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Make and serve great tasting products in a friendly and courteous environment
- Provide excellent customer service exceeding customer expectations
- Handle customer orders accurately using headset and register
- Prepare menu items following quality and safety guidelines
- Load stock and maintain inventory levels
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
