Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
  • Ability to use a headset to take customer orders and communicate with team
  • Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively
  • Ability to complete required training programs
  • Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle assigned tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Make and serve great tasting products in a friendly and courteous environment
  • Provide excellent customer service exceeding customer expectations
  • Handle customer orders accurately using headset and register
  • Prepare menu items following quality and safety guidelines
  • Load stock and maintain inventory levels
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and inviting
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
