Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- basic computer skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and improve cashier or cooking abilities
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while handling cash and credit card transactions
- accurately process payments and handle cash transactions with care
- multitask and prioritize duties, including processing payments, packaging orders for dine-in, take-out, and delivery
- maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area while handling transactions and performing additional cleaning tasks
- take and assemble customer orders
- clean and sanitize the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, wiping tables and chairs, and restocking as needed
- remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
