Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effective reading, speaking, writing and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Ability to be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks critical to store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- Perform all tasks and duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter stations or other assigned stations
- Assist guests with menu selection, specials, and add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and provide baking instructions
- Present orders within the 3-minute door-to-door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas to their car if necessary
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transaction procedures
- Process voids, refunds, coupons, and gift certificates with supervision
- Learn operating and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, and dicer
- Prepare products following portion charts and job aids
- Store and rotate products correctly before and after prepping
- Mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard
- Perform runner or dish person duties as directed
