Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Support training and development efforts within the team
- Engage with customers and team members to foster a positive environment
