Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure food quality and customer safety
- Participate actively in training and continuous learning opportunities
