Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Operating the grill, fry and sandwich stations following all procedural and food safety standards
- Coordinating, assembling and presenting customer orders including drive-thru, dining room, mobile and delivery orders
- Operating cash registers and handling customer payments according to company policies
- Interacting with customers in a prompt, courteous manner
- Completing assigned cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant
- Prepping food products such as bacon, vegetables and condiments for sandwich stations and salads
- Cleaning and preparation duties required for opening and closing the restaurant
- Restocking and cleaning work stations throughout the shift
