Job Requirements
- Willing to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Able to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide authorized work documentation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice role is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to stand for most or all of the shift
- Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment operation is beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Assist team members and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
