Job Requirements

  • Willing to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Able to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to provide authorized work documentation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice role is a plus but not required
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others
  • Ability to stand for most or all of the shift
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment operation is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Wendy's brand standards
  • Serve customers with a positive attitude and friendly service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment
  • Assist team members and contribute to a supportive work atmosphere
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
