Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Learn and work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Help maintain inventory and food quality standards
- Participate actively in training and development programs to advance career opportunities
