Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers and headsets
  • Ability to work promptly and reliably
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to follow procedures and quality standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food products in a timely manner
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers safely
  • Manage drive-thru orders via headset effectively
  • Support opening and closing duties as required
