Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers and headsets
- Ability to work promptly and reliably
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to adapt to change and handle additional tasks
- Completion of all training programs
- Willingness to work in noisy, hot, or cold environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow procedures and quality standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations
- Prepare and serve high-quality food products in a timely manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers safely
- Manage drive-thru orders via headset effectively
- Support opening and closing duties as required
